Link Field in SAP B1 Mobile

Hello.

In an IC I have created a user field of type link, to specify the web page and clicking on it navigate to that page with the browser. When you connect to the native SAP application for mobile, both iOS and Android, these link fields do not display them. I've tried another string type field, but neither. Do you know anything about it?

Let me clarify this issue.

We have a UDF (user defined field) in Business Parnter Master Data which is used to store a URL.

When open the Business Partner Master Data in mobile app, this UDF (user defined field) does not display. We cannot find it.

We want to see this field in the Business Partner Master Data in SAP Business One mobile app.

Is my understanding correct?

Thanks.

To have a filed to contain a URL and click to open it directly through mobile app, is a good suggestion. We will discuss it internally and might consider it for our backlog.

In addtion, may I ask you to put this idea also on idea place, which could help to promote this idea and also can get more comments from other partners.

Thanks.

Hello

If I use a field whose type is "Alphanumeric" and "Structure" "Regular" or "text" when I tap or act with the finger on it, it does not navigate to the url.

It does not serve me at all, at most Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V

You have put me 5 messages to leave me as I was at the beginning and I already commented the only possible option, which is not satisfactory.

Thank you for the screenshot. The issue is clear now.

For "Structure" as "Link", you can only input a path that SAP Business One Client can access directly; or a link to a table, link to an object. It's not used for an external URL.

So for the user field whose type is "General" and "Structure" as "Link", it's not supported and not shown on mobile app.

To store a URL, it's suggested to use the user field whose type is "Alphanumeric", and "Structure" is "Regular" or "Text".

Thanks.

Could you please check this user field type, in SAP Business One Clinet?

Open "User-Defined Fields - Management" form, and choose this user fields, click "Update". In the pop up "Field Data" form, check what the "Type" is, for this field.

Thanks.

Yeah that's right. We want to see the user field

In addition we pretend that when clicking on that field, navigate to the direction.

No, my question is totally standard.

In SAP B1 in a user filed type link we store a url.

Then we acces with the app standard of SAP Business One for iOS or Android.

Locate de Business Partner and the field no exists, no displayed, is missing.

Hello.

Thank you for your question. Please let me clarify the issue we faced.

1. We have a web page, and input the URL into SAP Business One Client -> Mobile Add-on?

2. Do we go to mobile app "SAP Business One" and see a new menu of this web page?

3. We want to click this new menu to open our own web page, but it does not display?

Thanks.
