Copy attachment

Hi,

Can anybody help me how to copy the attachments from the Customer master record to Transaction type in CRM

due to this problem i have been stuck in the project.

Can you provide more information on copy attachment?Are you trying to copy an attachment from a single master record or Mass maintenance to transaction type?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply,i want to copy from single master recored to Transaction type.

Example:

When i create a master record for xyz, i will attach a doc., when i generate a Lead transaction same attachment should be available and in opportunity that is follow up transaction.
