Hi A.H.P,

Truck button in RSSM is not helping us to create the transport with Authorization object.

No where I am able to find the 'object directory entry' for a authorization object.

hi Anil,

you mean reporting authorization object created with RSSM right ?

i always use RSSM and 'transport hierarchy ...' something.

or check the class AUTH or SUSO ? (using se09/10 'include object in request')

A1 Authorization Object SUSO

A2 Authorization AUTH

hope this helps.

Hi,

Yes this reporting authorization object created with RSSM. At the time creation object system had asked us to create a tranport request, but we saved it under $TMP package.

'transport hierarchy ...' in RSSM is giving all list of Authorization objects ,but after selecting one, it showing like "List contains no data" and if we click on Cross button it prompting a transport request creation. But this TR does not has the Authorization object.

Even I tried in SE84,at the end I got "Field assignment for object ZHDDIV cannot be changed as auth. for it exist"

Hi Anil,

Try this: In a transport request in SE09 double click to get to the object list and go to the change mode. Make an entry liek R3TR SUSO and your Auth object name. Select this row and click on the third button from left (Objec Directory Entry). You should be able to change it here.

Hope this helps...

in certain transport that's the trick.

hope this helps.

Hi Bhanu,

I got error like :

ZHDDIV" is in the package "$TMP".

Packages whose names start with $ are for temporary objects that you do not want to be used productively.

The Transport Organizer does not record objects in this type of package, and you cannot include them in requests or tasks.

Hi A.H.P,

It is giving error:

Select at least one entry

hi Anil,

try SE03-> change object directory entry, in next screen, use SUSO and type in reporting authorization object name, then icon pencil 'object directory'.

think there is tricks in that selection screen, try double click blank row something, sorry i have no access to system now.

hope this helps.

Hi,

This truck button is used to create the Transport request for mappings of AO and IPs ,But it does not containing the Authorization Object.

By the by I forgot to mention that these AOs are already used in roles.

So the sytem is not allowing me to change the package of AO, which has been used in Roles.

To solve this pb, it seems dleting and recreating AOs is the only option.
