Dear Expert,
This question is about Report Shipping.
When there is SD_CALL, then product description is appearing only in one language which is correct
but when for same customer, there is SUB_CALL, then product description is getting printed in all phrase languages.
I have ruled out option as follows,
- it should not be template issue as for same template for SD_CALL is working fine
- it should not be an issue with Customer as for all SUB_CALL this problem is popping up
Can you please help me to overcome this issue?

quite interesting challenge. Never have seen such effect. The issue is now: any "Cover Sheet" is "very customer specific". We do not know which parameters you"save" in SD_CALL (which would be used in SUB_CALL).
So first question would be: how do you handle "the material name" in Cover Sheet? Do you use a "raw report symbol" (e.g. NAM PROD) or do you use data from "material"?
Is this effect happening for "any" Initiatro for any "language" etc.??
Without additional information to help you this is nearly not possible

Are you a 100% positive that you are using the same template and version for the cover sheet in SD_CALL and SUB_CALL?
It is in the IMG under "Assign Templates: Cover Sheets/Acknowledgements of Receipt"

Thanks for quick revert.
To be 100% sure, I did rechecked it and template is same in both cases as shown below,
Initiator is NL11
and for NL11, below similar templates are assigned.
Can you please advise further?
