Infoobject Activation takes long time

After BW 7.4 upgrade, Info object activation 0ABCKEY takes long time (running since 2 days in background). Its master data routine program GP* taking long time for generation.

Please suggest.

I have scheduled job RSDG_RSTMPLIR_GEN_ALL for this, it is also running from long (almost 3 days). Because of this IOBJ activation problem, I can not load the data into cubes.

Additionally I am getting syntax error in above GP program as

At the write position, you cannot use offset and length specifications with fields of type "STRING" or "XSTRING". -

stop the activation job RSDG_RSTMPLIR_GEN_ALL and redo the activation first by a single masterdata activation, manually. If successful you might reschedule the job or use the activation process types in your process chains.
