Procedure to deploy ISA application on J2EE 6.2 Engine Server

Hi guys

I'm new to ISA, I want to deploy b2b.ear ISA on my j2ee 6.2 server..

I'm using SDM Tool to deploy the same but got the error message :

guys I've installed J2EE Instance 00 from CRM Installation CD 4.0

I need to know what are the pre-requisite to deploy ISA...

Ur suggestions would be welcomed...
