ML81N- Authorization object for service entry sheet

Hi Gurus,

i have given the below access to a user.

MM_SES_AP_REL_STR_03 and MM_GR_RELEASE_ON_PO

There is an issue with the authorization that i am giving to the user. I want the user to have access only to release of service entry sheet(SES) and not let the user to create the SES. but user is able to create the Service entry sheet.
