Thanks for your spontanious reply. The links which you sent doesnt give me information on how we build crystal reports on R/3 Tables/views, its judt giving a brief introduction to crystal reports in SAP. Please mail me material which gives us idea about how to build crystal reports on R/3 Tables/views.

Hy Ingo, i have this problem about extract from SAP Table.

I should extract record from a SAP Table but this have a lot of record, about 2000000 records.

So, I create a report by Crystal report 2008 and when i done a preview all of the record are extracted.

My question is : Is possibile to extract, in preview, a set of record, for example only 100 records?
