Hi all,
When I try to create a new user I'm getting an error message Unknown message (ID = LOWERCASE_REQUIRED)
I entered all the required fields in the way it was defined and still I get this error.
I never had this problem before. I also tried to create user from http://<servername>.<port.no>/useradmin
still I get the same error.
Can anyone please help me with this issue.
Thanks
regards
Luke

Hi Amit,
thanks for responding.
I checked the setting the
#minimum number of lower case characters in user logon id
x < 0: forbidden; x = 0: allowed; x > 0: required
(Type: Number, Default: '0')
ume.logon.security_policy.userid_lowercase=0
It is set to 0.
I still have this error and please help me to resolve this.
thanks
Regards
Luke
