Hi,
I have a workflow that emails to SAP Inbox. The problem is that the email is delayed. Is there a config setting that I am missing that allows for a shorter time interval of whatever sends the emails? And also, where would I find the place for the change?

I am not aware of any config settings to delay the email delivery.
You can opt to deliver the emails as express emails. But the users will always get a pop up if the mails are delivered in this fashion.

In the workflow step you can try going to the 'Others' tab and changing the 'step priority' of the mail. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but...
