Updation of Data from Outlook to SAP

Hi,

BUSINESS PROBLESM IS

Manually this problem is handled like, people send mail to outlook mail, about amount of PO and PO creator clarifies the amount in reply.

I am implementing SAP workflow, where I need to send the freight amount of PO, as a mail to outlook.

Now in workflow, can PO creator modify the amount and send it to SAP? And can I modify the amount automatically in SAP.

Don't think that you can do that with standard workflow, but I think that the Duet solution was developed to handle just this kind of thing.

When do you intend to trigger the workflow? I know that you can send a workitem for PO change to Outlook using SAP-MAPI.
