Netweaver 04 vs 04s for a new installation

Is it recommended to install Netweaver 04 and upgrade to 04s after a few months in production,

OR

Is it recommended to directly install Netweaver 04s in production ?

SAP has recently released Netweaver 04s, and there is not enough feedback from the customers regarding its stability.
