Creating Custom Field Groups with Fields Added via EEW

I have customer fields that were added to the Opportunity iview via Easy Enhancement Workbench and want to create custom tabs and tab groups instead of having all the customer fields displayed on the Opportunity Overview.

Will I need to create a custom structure for the tabs and then move the customer fields to these structures that way when I create the custom field groups, I can reference my new structures (tabs)?
