Dear all,
I need some help...
My system is Ubuntu 16.04.
I was installing HANA Express 2.0 according to the following link, Binary Install. It was smooth until some issue popped up when installing SAP Web IDE Client.
https://www.sap.com/developer/tutorials/hxe-ua-installing-binary.html
I checked the log, the exceptions are:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Product Installer URL cannot be retrieved for application 'product-installer'
com.sap.cloud
.lm.sl.slp.client.HttpClientException: "Internal server error [class com.sap.cloud.lm.sl.common.SLException] occurred. More details in the server logs"
Please check the error log error.txt
Thanks so much for your help in advance...
Best regards,
Could you try HXE XSA ova version instead? It will be way simpler and you only need to answer several y/n questions.

Hi Tony,
I did that thanks.
Now I have a new problem. I can access my HANA Express in the intranet. But I can't get it through Internet. The context is I have done all the router/VM mapping to HANA instance. I can open the page with 8090 port. But I can't open WebIDE(53075 port) and the HANA Studio either can not be connected.
Please be note that all these are ok in the intranet.
I opened a new thread for this topic... Thanks
