Go-live check for Portal

Hello. I have been informed that SAP dispatches a Portal QA team to validate a Portal environment before it goes live, and it is at no cost. However, I do not know who to contact in the US. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Mark,

You SAP Account Manager should give you additional details on Go-Live for EP. Go-Live is free, but based on your licensing agreements with SAP.

The links you highlight are for SAP go-live checks. When I attended a BW/Portals conference 1-2 years ago we were told that for first-time Portal implementations a special QA is peformed by SAP. Portal consultants go to the site and validate the environment. Is this program still in place?
