How can you display the "Attachment List" function in FAGLB03?

Hello,

I am trying to see what authorization object is used to display the feature in FAGLB03 for the "Attachment List" - see the picture below.

I have a user that only has FAGLB03 and SDV (the Document Viewer in SAP to display attached PDF's), however in FAGLB03 they cannot see the option for "Attachment List". In other users with much more Accounting access, they can all see it, however I cannot find what is controlling that option from showing or not showing. Even the su53 does not show a missing authorization for this option.

My initial thought was that S_WFAR_OBJ was controlling that, but even having that auth object populated in the role does not display the Attachment List option for the user. Any help here would be greatly appreciated, I have not been able to find a thread similar to this searching SCN.

Thank you in advance!

    Hi Jordan,

I remember to have a similar issue last year. I think that it was something missing on the parameter tab.

    e.g.

Go to SU01 -> Parameter tab and compare it with a user id that is able to see the "Attachment List" icon. I think that it was something with the parameter named "SD_SWU_ACTIVE".

    Regards,

    Carlos

    • Not sure that's it - I wouldn't think a parameter would control whether a user can see that drop-down option or not, plus none of our other users have that parameter defined currently.

Also, that parameter is to "Activate Workflow Box in VA02 & VA03", so I don't think something with FAGLB03.

      Let's keep searching! ;)

Also, the user must be of type Dialog! Service, System and Communication users are blocked from GOS services.

    Cheers,

The other object I tried was C_DRAD_OBJ, however that too does not seem to control this...this so far has me stumped, maybe an SAP ticket will need to be opened.
