and where do we get lineitem details

first of all this is not an SAP on Windows specific question. Therefore I suggest this is the wrong place to ask this question.

Second these tables are part of SAP ABAP applications. I dont think that there is an official documentation for them. They are like coding: no official interface - no description.

maybe SE11 will give you a little hint which component to ask this question. But don't expect to get an answer.
