I am selecting the manual update option for a failed package. It does not carry out any process. However, simulate is fine, has anyone experienced this and how did they resolve? Thanks
hi Niten,
simulate can be done to individual package,
but you need to update the whole request,
(can be done from rsa1->psa, right click update immediately or schedule the update).
hope this helps.

Hi,
You are correct it is in the Detail tab, but you need to open the Processing sub node and right click on the specific data package. If it is a failed package you will also get the option for Manual Update.
At the moment I am trying what you originally suggested and an immediate update from PSA
Thanks
Niten..
As AHP suggested ..the whole request can be updated from the PSA...Also if there are 50 datapackages and only a couple of them fail at the processing stage...just try top right click on the failed data package and say manual update ..
Hope this helps you....
