Hello All,

Could any one please suggest if there is any way we can find out the non using interfaces that is being there in Production environment.

Adding more details: We have more than 1500 interfaces in our project. and now they are not been using 25% of them. So they are asking to find out the list of interfaces which are not been running in Production from past 5 months. Is there any way to find those in a single shot apart from going to the each channel monitoring? Kindly suggest. Thank you..

Hi Dilip,

There is no direct or standard way to identify the unused interfaces. One of the approaches is to find the stopped/deactivated channels and decommission those interfaces.

Please refer the below blog for decommission interface recommendation.

Hello Harish,

Thanks for your response.

Few interfaces i have identified in the same way, but we have many of the channels in Start mode and they are not flowing any messages thru. Any other suggestions please..
