You could simply look at the message class(s) used for CATS and just "dump" that out, but I would suggest against this. Easiest/best way is to document what you come across in QA testing and how it is resolved. That will be more "true" to your own data and configuration. I think if you try to document "every possible error", you will overwhelm the users and yourself with unnecssary information.
