I totally agree with Barry.

You have to detail your question:

- what type (and version!) of system are you running

- on which platform (os, 32/64bit)

- how many users/servers/instances/dbs etc.

- and so on

If you search in SAP Service Marketplace for 'Memory Management' you'll actually get 1203 results
