Data is going wrong into PSA

HI

I m extrecting the data from r/3 to Bw for for HR in info cube 0PAOS_C01 using Extraxt structure 0HR_PA_OS_1.

The problem is that when the data is coming into PSA it is coming into reverse order I.e the value of unoccupied positions are going into occupied positions and vice versa. One more problem is that the Rows are also going into reverse order.

Here I m sending some data. Here u can see In R/3 in the first row Pers no is 1111116 , Occ is 1.00 and Un occ is 0.00. But in PAS it is showing these values where Per no. is blank. And it is showing Occ is 0.00 and Unocc is 1.00.

<b>Data in R/3 side</b>

Month Span Occupied Occ Vac Org unit

1. 03/2005 0.00 1.00 0.00 50016762

Pers no position job Unocc unocc vac

1111116 10378 50012690 0.00 0.00

Month Span Occupied Occ Vac Org unit

2. 03/2005 0.00 0.00 1.00 50016762

Pers no position job Unocc unocc vac

<b>Data in PSA</b>

Please help me. For further clarification give me a miss call at 09899894942. I will call u back.

Hi Pankaj

Please check your masterdata for your infoobjects. Right click on the cube -> InfoSource overview and check if your infoobjects contain data (green).

hi

if data in R/3 in RSA3 is ok then chances are that data is getting changed in the BW.

Normally PSA shows same data as in R/3 but there may be chances of MOLAP routine changes, for that u have to go in bw- go to the infopackage in BW - check if MOLAP routine is making changes (it is available in one of the tabs in infopackage, i think it is a selection tab)

Hope it works,

Assign the points if it helps.

Hi,

I would sugges you make a check in SAP via RSA3 on your datasource first... If this is correct then you might have to check your transfer structure.

Cheers,
