Hi,
I have created contacts manually ('Create' button) and also imported contacts from a CSV file using the Fiori app, but afterwards I do not see any option to update / modify contacts.
How can I update an existing contact?

Hi Alejandro,
Open the Contact Profile of the Contact (e.g. by clicking the name of the Contact in the Contacts list).
In the Contact Profile you will find a pen icon next to the name. Once you click this you can change most of the data you entered during manual create.
Similar to the uploaded contacts, once you upload them again (assuming you are not changing the email address) the changed attributes will be updated.

Is it normal for Hybris Marketing 1608 not to update contacts without displaying pen icons?
Because the pen icon is displayed in the free trial environment of Hybris Marketing, is the version of the free trial environment 1611 or more?

Sorry for the confusion, you are right. The above described feature is only available as of release 1611.
Still in general it needs to be understood, that the SAP Hybris Marketing Solution is not the leading system for maintaining contact data.
The contact data should always be updated at the source side, meaning in the XLS you are using for upload or in the connected source system like C4C, ERP etc.
