SAP Cloud Platform - No route to host

Hi all,

we have a problem when we try to add a new connection on SAP HCP.

If we run the same link on Google Chrome the Odata service link works fine, but if we check connection from SAP HCP the system returns the following error :

Failure reason: "No route to host" Received status code: "502"

The link used is like this :

http://gateway_ip:port/sap/opu/odata/sap/service_name/

How can we solve this issue? Can you help us, please?

Hi Dario

If The Gateway system in running on your internal network, you will be able to access it from the browser on your local PC, but not from SAP Cloud Platform. In this scenario, you need the Cloud Connector product, which lets you securely connect to on-premise systems from the cloud.
