Transport Log : Generation of programs and screen.

Hi a report program when transported to production has a return code 8, the error log shows, error in "Generation of programs and screen" it has no further information, it only says that return code is 8. Can anyone tell me what is this error supposed to be and how can i troubleshoot it.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

please extend the log completely - normally program and

dynpro are mentioned, which cause the error

Hi,

Expand the log till the last level so that the error description would be visible,

Thanks a lot for the quick reply, I dint know of this option. Yes now i could see the exact errors.
