MY REQUIREMENT IS AS FOLLOWS

FUNCTIONAL Description

Must have the ability to print finished goods carton labels for controlled substances.

Requirements

Trigger is the receipt of labels on the process order. Receipt will occur at order confirmation.

Ability to input the number of labels that is required to print.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

A process order will be created for the purpose of printing these labels. The process order will schedule the printing of the labels and specify the number of labels to be printed. The labels are to identify the cases of materials that are shipped to the warehouse and customers. Printing of the labels should be semi-automatic such that information in the process order will be used to fill the selection screens. Confirmation of the process order will indicate that the proper number of labels have been printed.

REPORT:

Upon goods receipt of the label material receipt a slip will be printed indicating the following fields, the Process order number, batch number, date of printing, and number of labels printed should be printed on the users default printer upon completion of the label printing. The label output will be to a Zebra printer.

Transaction Code: MB31 or COR6, movement type 101.
