During SAP upgrade i am stuck in . below Stage .

This error is occurring in the source SAP instance for the upgrade so the status of the shadow instance is not really relevant. You should review the OSS note indicated in the error message (1705774), specifically the scenario A cause and resolution sections, to remove the pending updates with SM13 and related transactions/reports. Then you should be able to select Next to repeat the phase.
