Strange Behaviour of query after setting CKF to "before aggregation"

Dear Friends,

I encountered a very strange issue i would like to consult you about.

I created a calculated key figure using 2 basic key figures. The ckf look as following ((kf a >0)*(1- kf a/ kf b))>10.

Both KF are of type Amount.

(I didn't use a formula, because i implemented Time of Calculation = "before aggregation").

After running the query i get a red "X" result. Setting the same syntax to calculate "After Aggregation doesn't return the "X" but obviously produces wrong results. Also, removing the division from the CKF return results different from X (but wrong as well).

Any clues?

Regards,

Xibi

Xibi,

division by zero returns red X.... so if your key figure shows values (even wrong) if you remove the division, you have to ensure that key figure b is not equal 0 in all records.

BTW corresponding setting to "Time of Calculation" for formulas is "Formula Collision"...

Hi Bjorn,

NDIV0(X) did the trick.

I thought Formula Collision is applicable only when you have two structures. This is not the case here.
