while upgrade of a system, how to check whether a particular SAP note should be implemented?

I see the query has been raised in Tag - PORTAL Migration and Upgrade, So I suppose your upgrade query is specific to Enterprise Portal.

From the Enterprise Portal side, we dont have any specific Notes to be implemented, but its highly suggested that you go with the latest SP and latest Patch available for your upgraded Portal version.
