import local dc into NWDS

Hi,

I have created a DC. I have some "used DCs" in it. I have done an export using File->Export.

I am not using NWDI. my project is just localdevelopment_abcprojectxyz.com

Can any body let me know how to import the same into my NWDS. When i did, I was not able to see the "DC MetaData node" at all. Everything else is present. The project shows all the views of a referenced DC, no syntax errors, works fine but i am not able to see the node.
