Replication between CRM and CS (roles grouping)

L.S.,

We have setup the middleware between CRM and CS.

Now a BP is replicated from CRM to CS. We also want to automatically create a role (CACSA1) after the default roles are created. No documentation on this "mapping" part can be found.

Doesn't anyone have a glue how to realise this 'trigger'.

One Role in CRM is replicated to CS triggering an other roll type creation.
