How to setup ESS personal record

Hi

We are working on ESS. User exit in R/3 but we got error " user xxxx" does not exit in this period when accessing from Portal. It appears that ESS personal record is not setup correctly.

Can anyone please walk me the steps to setup ESS personal personal record.

Hi,

You have not connected ypur user with an employee.

Please connect the ESS user to an employee at the backend. (use infotype '0105', subtype '0001').

[ Go to PA30-> select an employee-> Go to infotype '0105',subtype '0001' and enter the ESS user as the ID ].
