We have the following problem in relation to Materials across Plants and Task Lists. We need to add Materials (Stock and Non Stock) to a Task List but the Materials are across several Plants. The following outlines what we have done so far to test but any advice would be appreciated.
- Task Lists will only allow Materials from 1 Plant to be assigned.
- We have materials that are required on the Task List from more than 1 Plant.
- We created Material BOM's for the components required from each Plant as you can only assign materials from the same Plant to a BOM. The materials on the BOM are a mixture of Stock and Non Stock Items.
- we can only assign 1 BOM to a Task List so we cannot have materials across several Plants assigned.
