LO datasource activation issue

We have current requirement all our R/3 development in D001 .

QA environment I001 -america

I002 europe

I003 Asia

I have added a couple of fields sales header document datasource in D001 system.

I have transported all the canges in to I001,I002,I003 system.

I002 and I003 LBWE Sales header datasource is not active.But the added fields are moved in I002 and I003 system.

I am not able to build the setup tables.

Is it possible I can capture activation process in D001 transport request and moving into all the I002 and I003 system.

How can I load the data in I002 /I003 system.
