Modelling - Real Time data Aquisition

How to model my existing scenario of not Teal time data datasource with the the Real time data aquisition datatarget.

Is it possible to integrate OLD with NEW or I have to completely SCRAP the earlier one.

Any ideas as to ow to go ahead with the modelling ??
