Hi All

Can anyone tell me what is difference (Functional) for

SAP MM Storage Locations (Stored in T001L) vs. DFPS storage location created as force element (Stored in /ISDFPS/FORCE)? I need to create 10000 SLocs so it is decided to create as force element. But is there need of extension of material to 10000 SLocs created as force element to perform inventory managed functions as they are having stocks and will transfer posting internally also .There is single plant assigned to all 10000 SLOCs

The storage locations are always stored in T001L. The one you can see in /ISDFPS/FORCE is only the "default" storage location that is used by dfps workbenches when for example creating requisitions etc
