Portal Branding

I am trying t0 give the portal the client corporate image. They had a website,and now they want to carry over the content from their previous site to the portal.

How can I incorporate pages designed in Dreamwever and other packages into the portal?

Does anyone have documentation on how to change the masthead and other arears in the portal.

Help urgently needed.
