Need to know how to connect iphone and android sap b1 ver 9

i want to know how can i connect my sap b1 9 with iPhone or android i had searched in many forums, asking to install SAP B1I Frame work, where can i get this EXE file there is some thing called SAP Business one Integration installed in server, are these both the same, if same what is the next step i need to do I need it in a detail way
