Error FSL-01014 during sapinst

Hi Everybody

We are currently patching our xi system from patch 009 to 017. During the patching of the Web AS 640 we are facing the following problem in Step 6 of 23 "SAP System installation" :

ERROR 2006-06-28 21:14:07

FSL-01014 Unable to determine property "description" for account SAPServiceECX. Access is denied.

Obviously something is wrong with the SAPservice<SAPSID> user. The user is member of the SAP_<SAPSID>_GlobalAdmin Group. I did not find any discussion threads or blogs. nor notes. Can someone support me with this.
