User Exit for PA40

hi guys,

Do you know of any user exit that could help me update the Organization Key field in PA40 under Transfer/Position Change form.

I need a user exit that can cater update to that organization key field when user click save after modifying employee's position.

Please advice.

Hello William,

I think you can use enchancement 'PBAS0001' for PA: Pers.Admin./Recruitment: Default values and checks or can implement BADI 'HRPAD00INFTY'.

Hi William,

You can do some settings in customizing "Personnel Administration -> Organizational Data -> Organizational Assignment -> Set up organizational key".

Maybe this will already fulfill your needs?
