New trial installation. New VM Server 2012 R2. When I first installed it everything seemed fine. I could log in and see the tooling. Passed it along to an associate to review and he could not get in. Now when I try to log in i get the following error: "Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'CRYSTAL:6400'. The CMS on machine 'CRYSTAL' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)" Any advice to fix it would be welcome else I have to uninstall and reinstall.
