Template allocation in product cost planning

Hi,

I am looking for a function (in a template) to PULL processes in a material costing (or production order) based on the direct Labour hours posted already available in the material costing:

- Routing gives direct Labour hours to the material

- Template should PULL a process based on the Labour hours.

I find several functions (CTU6 environments 102 - 107) for the order itself, but haven't found one for the costing.

If you can help me, I will reward you with a lot of Points ....

Thanks!

Paul

Hi Paul,

You can use the function RoutingFieldValue "Field Value from Routing with Search Condition" to pull process using labour hours. But for each work center you should create a line in the template. You will maintain four function parameters you can find the explanation for maintaining parameters in the documentation. As i remember for the first you need to enter the function "RoutingOpActyDefaultValue", for the second parameter the activity type that you want to use for pulling process, for the third parameter the function "RoutingOpWorkCenter", and finally for the fourth parameter the work center number.

If you have lots of work centers and processes it will be hard to maintain the temlate.

I hoe the explanation is clear,

Hi Paul,

If I can understand your requirement that you want to know how many hours have been utilised for various activities for an order.

Have a look at standard SAP report KKBC_ORD. You have change the layout to add Plan and Actual Qty.

I hope this report satisfies your requirement.

Suraj,

You did not understand it will: my question is about ABC templates dynamically surching for direct production hours on production orders as the basis for Process allocation.
