Unlock SAP* in minisap

Hi,

I've run into the unfortunate "too many failed attempts" logon error with SAP*.

This happened while having a license error (expired) and so, none of the users can log in.

So now I want to be able to try this:

But my minisap installation seems to be missing SQLPLUS or further tools. What can I do to access the database?
