Hi Experts,
I have read about executing a batch recall using VC01N_M. When I go into the transaction, the value for Sales Activity Type 0111- Batch Recall is not there, and is not defined in configuration. Also, Reason 006- Recall is not there.
I am looking for instructions on how to set up this scenario, meaning I need to know how to configure the sales activity type 0111, reason 006, follow up activities, etc. for the values to show up in VC01N_M. Once the necessary objects are configured for these, I do have instructions on how to actually use VC01N_M to execute it, just that the pieces are missing for the options I need.
Any help is appreciated.
