SADL Query not Executing

For a new tenant is there a setting that needs to be activated in order for SADL queries to execute?

We have a SADL query which is working fine Dev, Prod and previous test tenants but when uploaded to a new test tenant (The SADL was taken from Prod and uploaded to test so no namespace changes) it does not work.

In the backend there is no data in the data preview pane or Download data preview file.

During runtime the sadl query returns a complete blank, no xml returned at all.

Any ideas?

    Hi Katie,

    There is no such configuration required for the new tenant.

    You have mentioned no backend data. If the data is not there in the BO which is executed by SADL then there will not be any output.

    Please check the parameters are correctly configured. There may be issues in the copying though the copy was successful.
