How to make BW MT to refer the SAP GUI Server path from Virtualized path ?

Currently we have installed our BW Modeling tool.

Here we have configured the saplogon.ini file to the centralized path which is in "Microsoft Application Virtualization Desktop Client".

Whenever we try to open the SAP Logon pad from SAP BW Modeling tool, we are getting the below error and not connecting with SapGuiServer. Where to configure this in BW MT ? We understand that its referring the C: path. But we want it to refer the Microsoft virtualization Desktop client enabled path.
