Client Refresh across the system

Hi,

In my QA system, I need to <b>Refresh ALL clients</b> from Prod system. Is it similar to system copy? Could you please enlighten me on this?

You can do a restore from the PRD backup. Take the backup of PRD and restore it to QA and do the post refresh activities like adding it to transport domain , changing the Logical system name importing the required tables if you exported the user, dev access etc tables ..
