Selecting filter value doesn't work

Hi guys,

I've a random problem on some bex query when I try to slect filter value on navigable info object of the query.

The problem is that I can't select filter value because of the message:

<b><Install error> Missing ActiveX component: Business Expolrer Selektor</b>

Have you never had this kind of problem? Somebody knows how i can solve it.

Welcome to SDN , is this on BeX or IE ?

If it is IE , check the security settings for ActiveX and also the security levels in Excel for Activex Components.

If this does not do the trick , try re installing the BW component of the SAP GUI. It could also be because you are trying to use a component of the BeX toolbar which is not installed. This could be a component in the GUI. Also it better to upgrade to the latest / penultimate front end patch for the SAP GUI.

Hi Arun,

I already try to re-install the SAP GUI but it doesn't solve the problem.

I think I have all neccessary component even because the problem appear randomly.

However thanks for your suggestion.
