    Hi Parthasarathy Kanchi,

No, there is no difference between these two terms, they are only names to cancel or reject a PO, i.e. Rejection means you need to mention a reason for rejection to the PO order, which would be a mandatory. Cancellation will only cancel the order, all PO's will have the same cancellation type used, but for rejections will have different reasons defined, to reject the PO.

    Regards,

    Harish.

    Hi,

I want to know how to cancel PO rejection without affecting the prior approvals. I tried to cancel rejection by using ME29N but all the approvals are disappearing.

Like in PR if you cancel the rejection it will not affect the approvals and its approval will start from the approving authority who rejected earlier.

    Thanks,
