No DI Components

I installed NW04S using the Rapid Installer.

None of the DI components are available in my installation -- DTR, CMS or CBS.

Also, the template installer does not include a DI

template for use in post-installation.

Is the NWDI not included in the Rapid Installer version of NW04S?
